hands free turn-on when dial a number

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.dial a number
2.pick up the call
3. hands free turn-on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
hands free turn-on and button hands free is on

What version of the product are you using?
aospX-1.0.0-BR2-DHD

Have you performed a full wipe/factory reset? (If not, then do so)
yes, i full wipw

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)
Inspire 4G, no i dont flash inspiremod

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.
(logs required or I will discard the ticket.)

This is an invalid bug report. You HAVE TO FLASH INSPIREMOD!!! this is not 
optional. Otherwise you will have some issues (like the one reported here). 
Inspiremod includes the correct audio files, correct gps config for North 
America, along with other things Inspire specific..you MUST flash Inspiremod.
