Enhancement:: FM Radio does not work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The FM Radio app is missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
FM Radio app is missing and would like to have it working in further releases 
if possible.

What version of aospX are you using? And when did the issue first start?
This issue has been since the begining.

Have you performed a full wipe/factory reset? (If not, then do so)
Yes

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)
Inspire4G, Yes I flashed the InspireMod.

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.
(logs required or I will discard the ticket.)

Can we change the type to "Enhancement". I was not provided with that drop down 
to choose Enhancement as an option.

There is an app in Play Store called Sprit UL. This is the FM for rooted 
devices. 
I am using it on my DHD and it is working amazingly.

Could someone maybe post their settings for spirit fm ( you can export to an 
xml file, menu button > test > settings) I'm on the latest aospx and spirit 
radio (free and unlocked, neither work) they'll play for a few seconds then 
stop, no static or anything. Thanks

Does spirit work well. I get loads of bugs in it. Everytime I perform an action 
it stops playing

Regarding using a radio app, you need to wear headphones with the round plug in 
order to get a signal.  
I know the HTC radio app worked well, however I don't know if it will work 
without Sense and other HTC system apps.
