Enhancement:: Internet Pass-Thru feature needs to be added

Internet Pass-Thru feature needs to be added.

What version of aospX are you using? And when did the issue first start?
Has been prevailing since begining.

Have you performed a full wipe/factory reset? (If not, then do so)

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)
Inspire4G. Yes I have flashed InspireMod

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

Logcat not applicable. (missing feature)

May be this is a HTC feature. But is it possible to merge this with our ROMs in 
the next releases?

Please change the type to "Enhancement".

If im not mistaking this is something in HTC/Sense. Im not sure what alls 
needed to get it working on an AOSP based rom. Do you know of any AOSP based 
roms that have this feature? (ie CM, AOKP..etc). As we will probably need 
source to the kernel driver and possibly source to the rom in order to get it 
working. But hopefully im wrong and is simpler to implicate.

I think you are right. This seems to be the HTC sense feature for HTC 
DesireHD/Insipre4G and Desire Z.

You may have issues to break the source code of this feature and get it on with 
our ROM's. However, I did manage to get a work around for this feature. Reverse 
Tethering.

I am just suggesting ( personally i am nill in coding with this environment ), 
however, if you possibly could include this app with the new forthcoming ROM's 
wouldn't we be able to call it a OUR WAY of Internet Pass-Thru ( Reverse 
Tethering )? In Inspire4G and Desire HD stock ROM HTC provides this feature in 
one way And we ( rather you ) provide this feature by another way.

I hope you getting my point what I am tying to make here.

Basically what I am trying to say is you have built a wonderful and an 
excellent ICS ROM which even HTC hasn't provided. It would be a cheery on the 
top if we could have almost all of its in-built features working in one way or 
the other.

This is one of the reasons why I have also posted the issue 79 for FM Radio. 

Anyways, you are doing an excellent job!!!!!!!
