Recently used apps on the top of Notification Screen & Device Can be Reboot even its locked with patten or password

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Recently used apps on the top of Notification Screen
2.Device Can be Reboot even its locked with patten or password
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In notification screen top there will be recently used/opened apps should 
appear. Not appearing now.

What version of aospX are you using? And when did the issue first start?

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)
Inspire 4G

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

Also, if your talking about recent apps showing up in the notification pull 
down, that's a Sense feature (possibly CM has the option, but I'm not sure) But 
this is a pure aosp rom, that's not an aosp feature
