What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Performance
2. Select "Conservative Governor"
3. Leave Performance
4. Go back later and it defaults back 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect that it will save selected governor choice.

What version of aospX are you using? And when did the issue first start?

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)
