Current time isn't consistently updated in lockscreen and status bar #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Lock your screen
2. Unlock your screen
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Current time should always be shown. Sometimes the time is behind depending on 
when you last locked the phone. Relocking and unlocking the lockscreen updates 
the time.

What version of the product are you using?
AR15

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.

Have not noticed this issue, time is always correct on lockscreen for me even 
after being locked for along time. 

Anyone else able to confirm?

It's very erratic for me. Today it has only happened once but yesterday it was 
pretty much happening all the time. 

I checked the SHA-1 hash after transferring the update zip to my SD card and 
flashed AR15 twice (because of this issue) and it still occurred so I figured 
I'd add an issue here. 

I will be updating to AR16 soon and I'll report back.

Flashed AR16 and am yet to experience this issue again. Who knows what it 
could've been.

I have AR16 in Inspire 4G, but the problem isn't slove!.

Update: It just happened again today for me. Running AR16. The lockscreen time 
is OK but the status bar is lagging behind. (Shows 5:21 PM for me when it's 
8:40 PM EST at the time of this comment.)

Can I get a list of installed apps/widgets please? Pretty much need info on 
everything you have installed after a clean flash.., also if you restored any 
kind of app data..etc let me know if you did and for what.. Im still unable to 
reproduce this

I haven't experienced this issue anymore as of yet but if it happens again I'll 
for sure provide you with a list of installed apps/widgets. Also note that when 
I posted this issue report it was all stock apps except a few market games.

Ok thank you. Ive yet to reproduce this myself. Ill go ahead and close this 
ticket for now, if issue re-appears feel free post and Ill reopen the ticket 
(since AR16 was last time anyone else reported it). Theres been alot of changes 
from AR16-AR22, mainly merging with AOSP Master, so its possible the issue got 
fixed somewhere along the way. But again, if it pops back up or if anyone else 
has the problem, feel free to post here and ill reopen the ticket.
