Camera has stopped error when accessing the camera

Please describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open the camera app and it freezes, then crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Camera to work, and it doesn't

What version of aospX are you using? And when did the issue first start?
I have the latest (BR5), was able to use it for a couple of pics then it 
started crashing with every access.

Have you performed a full wipe/factory reset? (If not, then do so)
When installing I did do a full wipe.

Inspire4G or DesireHD? (If Inspire, did you flash Inspiremod?)
I flashed Inspiremod with first custom rom, do I need to with every rom?

Please provide logcat ouput and any additional information below.
(logs required or I will discard the ticket.)

Camera works fine for me, i use it 5-6x daily. Try going to 
Settings->Apps->All->Camera and Clear its data..if it continues then do a full 
wipe without restoring any data/backups..etc.

And yes, every time you flash an update you have to flash inspiremod.
