bugfix: initial commit to address issues #172 and #189 #194

This is a bugfix release in an attempt to fix docker-ce when using systemd behind a proxy. The following documentation docker-daemon-systemd-behind-a-proxy was used to create this new integration.

Special thanks to all the folks that submitted this bug report along with workarounds for docker + systemd.
