Adding lsasim paper to package DESCRIPTION #42

This PR addresses issue #38, created after a CRAN reviewer asked us to add literary reference to the package's description. Please help by checking if the added reference is the correct one.

hope you're doing alright! Are you able to spare a couple of minutes reviewing this PR containing a small addition to lsasim's DESCRIPTION file?
