i open this files with visual studio 2019 and not have any file to load i need project source ps2 for try fix some games no work

Bro the source nowadays is uncompilable, You have to make your way to fetch the ps2 code with the snesticle codebase.

No, I don´t recommend install directly. Use WSL2 instead.
