Put all the gallio and mbunit docs on downloads #842

Your gallio.net and mbunit.com sites have been down for about 48 hours. The 
tutorial, wiki, books, getting started, etc. type of documentation was not 
available anywhere else. I suggest zipping it all up and putting it on the 
google code downloads so it will always be available.
I am not referring to the "Offline Documentation" that is installed with the 
software... this is not the same as a tutorial, wiki or a book.
