Test TearDown is not called when the test times out

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a test that takes a long time (for example, downloads a large file 
from a website)
2. Set the timeout to 10 seconds (depends on the time the test takes)
3. In the test tear down, put a breakpoint or write something to the log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The test tear down is executed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gallio 3.2 build 601 Windows 7 64bit
