escaping xml in html reports #885

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Output some xml during a test via Trace.WriteLine
2. Run Gallio msbuild task with Reports = html

On the debug trace whenever xml has been output it has broken html.
It should escape the output detected from the test so it does not break html.

Gallio 3.3.1, MS Server 2008
