"Layer 1" button hides the "Add notes with overlapping occlusions" #8

v2.3. Sometimes, the button "Add notes with overlapping occlusions" does not work, because apparently there is a transparent button called "Layer 1" covering it. I have to find a part not covered by that button to click it, but that's not always possible.

I think this breakage happens if I accidentally click something I usually don't, like the window border, or also maybe activate a button's submenu. Hence it happens especially often when I am trying to align rectangles with something and click the image, or when the image is bigger than the window, so I have to scroll.
