Update README to fix installation instructions. #104

The current instructions for installing Eigen are not compatible with the setup script. The installation instructions are missing a libpng dependency.

Thanks! I moved the paragraph with the cmu/uw3 tests back up and modified the wget instructions to remove any existing eigen3 install before reinstall. Otherwise looks good to me.
