Mod unable to be played using 0.9.12 #2

When I get to mission "conscription begins" I am unable to select accept because the game makes 6 choices from the 2 you have.

  1. `
  2. accept
  3. goto
  4. `
  5. defer
  6. goto

And it seems like I can't bypass it by editing my save file after it's said I declined it.

Not to mention all the messages seem to get messed up into just displaying 1 word. Your is all you get on mission "conscription begins".
