Hey there! I've added Simkl integration to the Workflow. Now you can easily search for your favorite shows and movies on Simkl using Alfred. Hope you find this PR handy!

Changes

Integrated Simkl for movie and TV show searches.
Tweaked the workflow to include Simkl search.
