pyodbc-3.0.7.win32-py2.7 installer crashes #368

trying to install pyodbc 3.0.7 32 bit with 32 bit python 2.7

Installer crashes and asks to send error report.

I am unable to gain any more information at this point as problem is on a 
remote machine.

I have also tried installing pyodbc 3.0.6 on the same machine and got the same 
results
