Need greppable reports #3

Both the trunk and wpc-2.0 branch suffer from the same problem. Sometimes when
viewing a report you want to ignore a particular user - e.g. TERMINAL SERVER
USER.

Without the ability to "grep -v" the reports are very hard to use. This
applied to both HTML (trunk) and text reports (wpc-2.0) branch.

NB: Since SVN update 47, wpc-2.0 will intelligently ignore TERMINAL SERVER USER
where appropriate. This partially fixes this issue, but ultimately users want
to retrospectively ignore a user/group without having to rerun the tool.
