How to setup Github pages on a fork? #52

Can you offer instructions for how to get my fork functioning with github pages?

geojson.net is deployed with zeit.co because it has a server component. It can't be deployed with GitHub pages or a static host. To deploy it with Zeit, you set up a Zeit account, install the GitHub app, and enable it for the fork.
