This PR fixes the deb icon, I followed this closed issue in electron-builder.

What icon does this fix? The icon for .desktop file or the icon on the taskbar when the app is running?

master branch: icon loads correctly. Tested in Ubuntu VM. Your PR had some unnecessary files. Thanks for trying to fix it. Closing.
