Link target ignored / overrided #102

Adding target="_blank" to links does not open links in a new window.

What's the state of this fix, @sterlingwes ? The visionmedia/page.js#51 fix might also fix this, but if it was implemented then it hasn't been pulled in here, and if it was pulled in here then somehow my own project doesn't appear to have gotten the fix.

Not sure, I use iron-router now instead
