[Website] Would be nice to have anchors on the main web page. #176

Like if we could do https://www.motoslave.net/sugarcube/2/#downloads or https://www.motoslave.net/sugarcube/2/#add-ons. Not a huge deal, but it would be convenient, since people seem to miss that official add-ons even exist or where to find them.

The major sections do have anchors, so https://www.motoslave.net/sugarcube/2/#downloads does actually work.

IIRC, the subsections do not, though they should.

I suppose permalinks would also be helpful.
