Fix building docs #196

Hey there! It looks like the template html files were accidentally excluded from the repo - I've tried to guess what they look like here by looking at the live docs site. I was also having trouble getting it to build with newer versions of cmark-gfm because it's in 'safe' mode by default, which prevents including raw HTML in generated files. Hope this helps!

Hello!

First. Let me say that I appreciate the effort, but….

The master branch exists solely for publishing releases. It's never used as the basis for development. The develop branch is where all development should start.

This issue was addressed on develop about 9 days ago by commits f487223 & bca3b95. The former switching from the cmark-gfm binary to a JavaScript solution and the latter adding the missing templates.
