cannot create MXF: Conversio failed.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. input DCI compilant 2K 1:1.85 files converted to by application JPEG2000 
from Blender render output: tried TIFF-24b / DPX non-log / JPEG2000-J2K - makes 
no difference
2. set MXF file creation options as follow:
JPEG2000
SMPTE / MXF Interop - no difference
24fps
3. application instantly shows error Conversion failed no matter the settings 
or formats

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
*.mxf file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.28.0, using Windows 8 Pro 64Bit

Suspecting application incompatibility with the latest Windows - my friend  had 
no problems creating MXF using Windows 7 and the same files and settings. 
Sample source 16bit TIFF file from Blender and J2C file converted by 
application in attachments.

make sure you haven't have special characters in folder name (e.g. ąęż)
