Addition of Poker Chips #6

Poker chips should work very similarly to cards and decks. Stacks of chips should show an "outline" sprite (similar to how a deck, no matter how large, shows a 3-card tall outline) but keeps the order of chips internally. Gestures should be the same as cards and decks.
