This PR adds the window_type property.

I'm creating this PR now, but we should wait for the upstream changes first:

Once they're done, this PR should be good to go.

The next version of i3 is released (4.18), so support has landed for this.

Any chance we can get this PR merged? :slightly_smiling_face:
