Distinguish between Cylon attack (super)crises and non-CA (S)Cs? #2

Down the road, it would be nice to have an easy way to pull CACs out of their decks, both for FFG content (the Cylon Fleet option in Exodus) and for custom content (the various forms of DEFCON we've been experimenting with). I don't know enough about C# to suggest the right way to go about this, but I thought I might say something now in case it's easier to implement now instead of later (if it involved changing the structure of the .xml file, for example).

Plus this is kind of a test issue.

We already have the ability to get rid of them by modifying the .json files that handle the game content. See the decks folder. You could just yank all the CACs out of the Crisis deck by modifying the json. It is not quite as easy as clicking a button or anything, but JSON is very human readable and not too difficult to grasp. It would also be trivial to allow a no-CAC deck to be included in the repository for easy download by users.
