Bind Esc to Cancel and Enter to OK #23

Purely a useability thing, but I'd like to be able to close the information windows with Esc and submit form info with Enter. For example, the Draw Many Crisis window should be submittable with Enter.

@clanpotshake: Test out the new code, see what you think? I might have missed something, or there are cases I might have chosen the wrong button or just plain gone too far (for example, I'm a little worried that the skill check form might be too easy to submit).
