Initial draw #3

The initial draw menus only show three skill types. Apollo draws four, as do a couple of expansion characters.

This is a data issue! The draw menus restrict you to drawing only what the game is aware the character can draw (See Starbuck for a demonstration of this, or Boomer). I was not aware that Apollo could draw POL instead of LEA. I can fix this very quickly.
