Closing the JumpForm window should replace the cards #36

Maybe I only accidentally hit the button. Maybe I had to close the program while waiting for the Admiral to make a decision. Either way, closing the JumpForm window (without hitting a Go button) should just replace the cards in order so that they're the same the next time I hit the button.

Yup, I thought they already did, but it looks like you're right and I forgot to add TopCard functionality to this. Won't be hard to fix.
