Games need to be nameable

There's a few features that would really benefit from games being nameable. We think the best way to handle this would be to add it to the player roster form, and require it to be non-blank before going forward.

Let's not make it mandatory. If no name is given just use the naming scheme we have already.

We don't have a naming scheme right now, per se. Save games are simply a time stamp. If we add names into the naming convention, the name will become required.
