Cylon ships are not piece-limited #43

An infinite number of raiders, heavy raiders, and basestars are currently able to be placed. Either these need to automatically be limited appropriately (16 raiders (20 in exodus, but we'll burn that bridge when we come to it), 4 heavy raiders, 2 basestars), or a count of them needs to be available so the user can appropriately limit themselves. Or, since failing to place a ship currently results in no feedback at all, both.

Yeah they're not right now and this is a low priority in my opinion. It is not hard to limit it via eyeballing it for the moment.

If my DRADIS looks like this: bsgp test the limits - 3 5 I'm not eyeballing anything, especially since this only displays one ship per line of a five-line box. But I agree this isn't a blocker.
