Support for Quorum cards like Assign Mission Specialist that are kept in play in front of a player (and then discarded at some later point) would be nice.

There's really kind of a need for an entire 'make semi-permanent' action that will put things like Legendary Discovery, Mission Specialist, etc into a sidebar.
