Cylons Attack lasting effects #50

Support for Cylons Attack crises that say "keep this card in play until the fleet jumps (or X)" would be nice, too. Less necessary than the Quorum assignments, I think, but still eventually you'll want this for #30.

Again, I think this is another argument for making various cards semi-permanent.
