Adama's static, Inspirational Leader, should make 1 strength cards positive regardless of color when he is the current player.

Tyrol's OPG, Blind Devotion, sets all cards of one type to strength 0.

Tigh's and Zarek's statics both affect the difficulty of checks from certain board locations (Tigh's, Cylon Hatred, may reduce AQ checks by 3; Zarek's, Friends in Low Places, may affect Administration and Brig checks by +/-2). Starbuck's drawback, Insubordinate, reduces AQ checks targetting her by 3. See #52 , though.

There's so many things that can affect crises we almost need an optional rules popout for them at this point. We'll need to talk about this more.
