There's no way to start the skill checks on SCCs right now, either.

Similar to #52, we can just add another right-click option to the context menu for the Crisis pane.to draw the SCC held by player 1/2/3/etc. If you click on someone who isn't holding an SCC it just does nothing. This should not be too hard.
