First player can't select variable draw #9

If the first player chooses a character with a variable draw (like Apollo or Starbuck), they aren't given the ability to pick what they want in their opening hand.

First player should get their full draw on their first turn, so they don't get a variable draw like everyone else

Kara still needs to choose between Engineering and Leadership, for example, even though it's a full draw.

Working now. Note you can pull down the combo box to do a manual draw if you please.
