utility: kubectl component-info #67

Description

Fix the current component viewer utility (https://github.com/tmforum-oda/oda-ca/tree/master/utilities/component-viewer) to package it as a kubectl plugin. Also, fix the issue with displaying long URLs (by displaying the info in a tree rather than a table)

You can install the Component Viewer using

npm install @lesterthomas/kubectl-component_info -g

And then run it using 

kubectl component-info
