ctk: Test data - components should use specific image version #215

Description

The test data for the ctk (https://github.com/tmforum-oda/oda-canvas/tree/master/compliance-test-kit/BDD-and-TDD/testData) - Some of the components use copntainer images with the :latest tag. These should be fixed to a specific version.

Whilst the test data is open, we should upgrade to v1beta3 component spec.
