Added README.md with build instructions.
Fixed target player menu.
Fixed World map menu.
Fixed Parameters option in minimap button menu.
Fixed LUA error when a cross-faction whisper message is sent or received.
Fixed LUA error in IsDestLinked() when one of the arguments is nil.
