Send killAll as OSC-message #38

For users that find it helpful to have these settings and messages communicated over OSC.

Added in b6c8e6b4bdc238e1dc38bc9c03c6d2ea7bac19a0. For now an OSC-message in the form of: /mercury killAll will be send when killAll is executed in the code.

In 01e4f67cc9e9397b12c1ebef6d37320c4c823ee0 now also sends OSC-messages from other settings such as:

/mercury/tempo 100
/mercury/randomSeed 8473
/mercury/scaleName minor_harmonic
/mercury/scale 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11
/mercury/rootName c
/mercury/root 0
