Multi versions #4

Hi Tmikoss, As default openlayers is quite big (2.8Mb uncompressed), I've packaged others versions. This allow users to choose a smaller alternative.

Not too keen on this change. While including these versions is great, I'm not so keen on the naming scheme. I'd like to keep including only one file, with the names being openlayers-rails(-version), defaulting to full if version part is omitted. Also I'd like to keep the files uncompressed by default - this way you can work with readable source in development environment. Rails asset pipeline will handle compression for production deployments.

Also, changing the build script to build all variants would be nice.
