Changed name of file to copy in Dockerfile #27

The lookup-desc-template.xml file does not exist, so changed the name to the existing lookup-descriptor-template.xml file.

Thanks! The reason this is hard to keep track of is we are using our own custom dictionary internally and so I'm keeping a diff between master and an AMI on AWS with our own changes. So I definitely appreciate help keeping the master in condition that it would work for someone who wants the default setup.
