Specify which Hulu import videos will show up for which user #16

Right now, when a Hulu video gets converted to a recording, all users are able 
to see the video.  Ideally, we would have a way to say XYZ video title goes to 
user 1 and ABC video title goes to user 2 and user 3.

In the next version you will be able to control which users see newly imported 
videos and which do not.

Will this also affect imported dvd's or just imported videos that move to
the recordings section?
