Rev.B: Battery charger tune #15

Very slow charging on Rev.A.

charge current is tunable with R11
fast charge time is preferable in general
but when you want to use on phone or tablet with USB low charge current is needed(Optional)
Bluetooth should be used on phone, tablet or mobile gadget

LTC4054 on Rev.A

Full charged voltage: 4.141V

quiescent voltage drop

4.139V after 3hours(around 1mV/hour?) 4.138V after 2hours(12/07 07:48) 4.137V (09:14) 4.136V (15:28) 4.133V (12/09 15:21) after some boot-ups and terminal communication. with WT12 module.(No voltage during OFF switch state) <1mV/hour

4.174V(12/10 14:31) charge doesn't start.

Recharge voltage threshold: 4.05V

Charging doesn't end and LED doesn't turn off during it is running. Charging current is too low or drawn much by controller in comparison.
