Feature request: generalize BT support #185

Hi,

It will be nice to factor out RN42 support and make it available for all keyboard projects. Even better, it will be cool to generalize BT support to make it possible to use other BT modules, for example BT 4.0 like nRF51822, cc2540/2541 and others.
