Add fuel monitoring system #5

Add fuel monitoring system, numbers are hardcoded(just for prototype). But, if we can get fuel level and stored in a database, then it can be displa in graphs.(I think it is not difficult)

You have to pull the updated code from git@github.com:tmkasun/port.git kasun and merge
