Sven, what do you think about a revision of type "TOPIC_MAP_CREATED", old_value 
== null and new_value == topicMap?

This is a quite difficult question. The history currently contains all changes 
in the topic map itselfs. The creation of the topic map isn't a change similar 
to this.

If it is necessary to add something like this, we can realize that.
