Gem dependency renamed to `Optimist` #65

I just got this warning while installing rbtrace:

Post-install message from trollop:
!    The 'trollop' gem has been deprecated and has been replaced by 'optimist'.

Seems like this gem has been recently renamed here: https://github.com/ManageIQ/optimist/commit/7a5e93f75ef128c7e95f834d9a593fa882314c08

I will try to rename all occurrences and send you a PR if it works.
